Connect with your visitors through SentoVox visitor research

SentoVox offers performing arts venues an effective method to deeply understand their audiences and their experiences
The study provides an easily accessible, scientifically grounded way to gather insights about your visitors and all relevant aspects of their visits to your house. Whether it concerns a theatre, concert hall or cultural centre, the common thread is 'performing arts'.
SentoVox highlights the importance of culture by capturing visitor experiences, preferences, and needs.
Thanks to the European approach, benchmarking will be possible for local results with comparable cultural venues, as well as with national and European results. Additionally, non-visitors can also be included in this study, providing a broader perspective on how to attract new audiences and strengthen your cultural offering.
This independent research is supported by leading institutions and is tailored specifically for the performing arts sector, helping you make data-driven decisions to enhance your offer, demonstrate the value and impact of your organisation, and defend and shape its future.
Thanks to the unique and large-scale approach of this study, participation costs are kept as low as possible. Normal 'market prices' for comparable research are significantly higher.

Personalized Questionnaire
The survey provides a well-structured and balanced questionnaire covering all key aspects of the visitor experience in performing arts venues.
It was developed in collaboration with academic partners, national sector associations, and industry representatives to ensure relevance and reliability to theatres, concert halls, and cultural centres.
The questionnaire is customized to reflect the local reality of your organisation. If there are specific questions you do not wish to include, they can easily be removed.
Additionally, you have the option to add local questions and answer options, tailored to the unique needs of your venue.
